Our Service Rates
All Hot Tub, Spa & Swim Spa service calls are rated at $150 per hour. No hidden fees or charges.
We prioritize the servicing of Hot Tubs, Spas or Swim Spas purchased through our stores or from the brands we carry.
If you have another brand of hot tub or spa, please feel free to reach out and we will let you know if we can provide you with service.
NOTE: All service calls start at a minimum of one hour. Parts and applicable out-of-town mileage charges are not included in the hourly service rate. In-shop service rates are $120 per hour.

What are your rates?
Beachcomber has a base hourly rate of $150 per hour. There is a minimum 1-hour charge for each service call. After one hour, we charge in 15-minute increments if your service call exceeds the initial first hour.
When will the technician arrive?
We will give you a morning or afternoon window at the time of your call, but due to the unforeseen circumstances of some service calls, we may not be able to give you an exact timeframe. Our technicians will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving on site.
Where do you service?
We service Edmonton and surrounding areas including; Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Leduc, Beaumont, Devon, Fort Saskatchewan, Morinville, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Sturgeon County, Parkland County and more. Note: Locations outside a 40 Kilometer radius from the center of Edmonton may be subject to mileage charges.
Imperfect Weather Conditions
Beachcomber technicians work regardless of any difficult/imperfect weather conditions. The only issues that may arise are when conditions are too cold to perform any necessary service repairs. In these cases, we will postpone your service call or request that we move your unit to our shop for any extensive repairs. (Applicable moving charges may apply.)
What is the average service call timeline?
Most service calls can be performed within the first hour. If the call is going to exceed the first hour or is a larger job than anticipated, the technician will inform you at the time of the service call.
